Presidents Awards Night Trip Report
Club Members enjoyed a lovely evening at the Presidents Dinner which was held at The Stirling Arms in Guildford on the 21st August.
The food and service was excellent and for those who went the extra mile (for the club-of course!) the dessert was delicious.
The club President, Pete addressed the crowd and thanked everyone for their various contributions to the club.
He then announced the Clubman Award which went to Trevor and Liz Harding.
Unfortunately they were not there to accept the award so it will be presented to them at the next club meeting.
The Presidents Award went to Michael Thomas who well and truly de-served it.
He stepped up to be magazine editor and Web page manag-er and has done a terrific job.
The dinner was very successful and judging by the many comments made, enjoyed by all who attended.
